Exporting a wooden boat from Indonesia requires timber-legality evidence (SVLK), ownership and build documentation, and the relevant customs and export paperwork. Government fees and duties are separate from the build price, and delivery can be by voyage or shipping.
Timber Legality Comes First
A wooden vessel leaving Indonesia needs its timber legality in order. We build with SVLK-verified legal timber and document it from the start, precisely so export is possible without last-minute problems.
Ownership, Customs and Duty
Export requires ownership and build documentation plus the relevant customs and export papers. Indonesian government fees and duties are quoted separately from the build bands and, where required, in local currency — we set this split out in writing at the outset.
Getting the Boat to You
Delivery can be a voyage under her own keel or shipping, arranged separately from the build. We help prepare the documentation an export needs; see timber legality for the sourcing side.
