This policy explains how Tana Beru Boat Builder handles the limited personal information you share when you contact the Build Desk about a commission.
We collect only what you choose to send us — typically your name, contact details and the details of the boat you are interested in commissioning — when you message the Build Desk by WhatsApp, email or a website form.
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry and to progress a possible commission. We do not sell your information. It may be shared within Juara Holding Group entities (such as PT Komodo Galangan Nusantara) only as needed to answer you and, if you proceed, to contract and build your vessel.
You may ask us to update or delete your contact information at any time by emailing bd@juaraholding.com. We keep enquiry information only as long as needed for the purpose you contacted us about.
Every commission begins with a short, honest conversation about length, use, timber, budget band and realistic timeline — no obligation, no pressure. Contracts are issued by PT Komodo Galangan Nusantara.
